Close to churches and shopping. Elevator.

RENTS – Rents are based on 30% of adjusted gross income.
SECURITY DEPOSIT – A security deposit equal to the first month’s rent is payable prior to move-in.
UTILITIES – Heat, electric, water and sewer are included in your rental amount at the River Crest apartment complex.
EXCESS UTILITY CHARGES for the River Crest apartment complex only:
- Air conditioning – $20 per month in May, June, July and August
- Freezers – $2 per month
- Humidifiers – $0.50 per month, November to March
- Floor fans – $2 per month
- Table fans – $1 per month
PET POLICY – Certain pets are permitted in our units. Further information can be obtained from the Executive Director.
